At My Mindora, we strive to provide high-quality workshops and services. The following policy governs cancellations and refunds:

1. Workshop Cancellations by Participants

  • You may request to cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop will not be refunded.

2. Workshop Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

. Cancellations by My Mindora

  • In the rare event that My Mindora cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Any bank or transaction charges incurred during refund processing will be borne by the participant.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services or digital resources already delivered or accessed may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will forfeit the payment.
